Executive Assistant to the CEO – Competitive Salary – London

The Role

Are you an exceptionally organised Executive Assistant who can keep pace with a fast-moving CEO? Do you have the confidence, discretion and attention to detail to act as a true right hand in a busy, high-performing environment?

This Executive Assistant to the CEO role offers far more than diary management. You will sit at the centre of a dynamic PR agency, working closely with leadership and shaping how the business operates day to day. You will combine high-level executive support with operational responsibility.

You will work side by side with the CEO, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting communications, projects and internal processes. No two days are the same. One moment you will be drafting key communications, the next you will be coordinating recruitment, preparing for events or keeping business operations on track. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure and takes pride in being relied upon.

If you are ready to step into a truly impactful role, apply now and take your next career step with Aim Agency.
