Minibus Drivers - £14.80 p/h - Southwest London

One Trust, a respected specialist learning disability provider in Southwest London, is looking for Minibus Drivers (D1) and Accessible Vehicle Drivers to join our transport team.

The role

You will drive D1 minibuses and accessible vehicles at weekends, helping adults with learning disabilities and complex needs travel safely to and from our services.

Your calm driving and respectful approach help passengers feel comfortable and supported on their journeys. For many of the people you support, these journeys make it possible to enjoy activities, build relationships, and stay connected with their community.

You will receive training to help you feel confident supporting adults with complex needs, so you are well prepared for the role.
Hours: Saturday and/or Sunday, 8am–5pm
Extra hours: Optional weekday overtime may also be available if you want additional income.

The person

You will do well in this role if you are calm, reliable, and enjoy helping others.

You will need:

• A D1-compliant driving licence
• Confidence driving minibuses or accessible vehicles
• A calm and respectful manner with passengers
• Good communication with colleagues, families, and service users
• Awareness of passenger and vehicle safety
• To live locally to Southwest London
• This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
