  • Stay hands-on installing AC & DC systems with the latest kit and tools
  • Get variety with occasional roof work and a mix of property types
  • Test and commission systems—see your work in action and know it’s spot on
  • Keep things smooth by reporting issues early and avoiding delays
  • Be part of a team where everyone pitches in and looks after each other
  • Take pride in leaving the site clean and the customer smiling

About Our Company

We’re a close-knit and skilled team focused on delivering great work—not just ticking boxes. You won’t get buried under paperwork or ignored by management. Instead, you’ll have clear communication, a supportive crew, and a steady pipeline of jobs.

The Benefits

  • Company van, phone, and tablet—you’re set up from day one
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Permanent, full-time role—no zero-hours contracts here
  • Training available to help you grow

The Person

You’ll need:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) as a qualified electrician
  • At least 1 year of hands-on Solar PV installation experience
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Confidence reading schematics and solving problems on the go

Bonus points if you have:
