Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily routines, including meals, personal care and wellbeing.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational and creative activities.
• Take part in outings and day trips with residents.
• Maintain accurate records and observations as required.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
