As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll help build platforms that power lending for some of the UK’s most ambitious businesses and drive measurable outcomes, not just code releases.

You’ll join a cross-functional squad where engineers have true ownership. You’ll design, build and run reliable systems at scale. You’ll focus on simple, elegant solutions and work closely with product, data and design to deliver meaningful results.

This is a hands-on position where you ship regularly, mentor others, and help shape technical direction across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and engineer scalable, cloud-native systems
• Take features from idea to production and ongoing support
• Pair programme and collaborate within autonomous squads
• Use Generative AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making
• Write clean, well-tested code and champion test-first practices
• Support and guide more junior engineers
• Share ideas and challenge thinking in a constructive way
