Remote Account Executive – Health Insurance

Pay: $90,000 – $150,000 per year (performance-based)
Location: Remote – United States

The Opportunity

We’re hiring motivated, professional Account Executives to support individuals and families across the U.S. with private and supplemental health insurance solutions. This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, structured training, and uncapped earning potential in a performance-driven environment.

You’ll work with warm, interested clients, help them understand their options, and guide them through enrollment with confidence and care. We offer support to obtain licensing.

What You’ll Do

• Consult with individuals and families to understand health coverage needs

• Educate clients on private and supplemental insurance options

• Guide applicants through the enrollment and application process

• Deliver a high standard of customer service while maintaining compliance

• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule

• Goal-oriented, motivated, and client-focused

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus

• Health & Life Insurance License preferred (support available to obtain licensing)

• Must be authorised to work in the United States
