What You’ll Do:

• Track Attendance: You’ll record and report attendance for all Catholic community events, ensuring that everyone’s participation is acknowledged and that the community’s needs are seen and met.
• Create a Monthly Calendar: You’ll develop a Catholic Community calendar that keeps everyone informed of key events, Mass schedules, and holiday closures.
• Coordinate Events: From arranging facilities to designing flyers, you’ll ensure all Catholic events run smoothly, from Mass services to special Holy Days.
• Support Religious Education: You’ll help prepare materials, track attendance, and support seasonal programs like Advent, Easter, and Vacation Bible School.
• Prepare Sacramental Records: You’ll help collect and organize sacramental records, ensuring accurate documentation of important milestones for the Catholic community.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in a related role (Bible/Sunday School Teacher, Catholic School Instructor, etc.).
• Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluent English.
• Certification: Must obtain Catechist certification from the Archdiocese within 180 days.
• Security: Must pass background checks and security training.
