We are seeking a Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator to play a central role in the smooth running of Catholic pastoral life. This is a rewarding position where your work directly supports worship, community connection, and pastoral care.

As a Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator, you will be the organisational heartbeat of the Catholic Community. You will work closely with the Priest, COR, and wider community to ensure services, records, events, and communications run smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

         ·         Attend key meetings, including Catholic Pastoral Council, Priest syncs, newcomer briefs, and fellowships

         ·         Produce and share a clear monthly Catholic Community calendar

         ·         Prepare liturgical books, sacred vessels, hosts, and wine ahead of each Mass

         ·         Maintain accurate Catholic Community registration records

         ·         Create a weekly bulletin and service announcements

         ·         Coordinate Community events, including:

                           Facility reservation requests

                           Event and Holy Day flyers

                           Monthly materials and supplies reporting

         ·         Prepare sacramental records and upload supporting documents to the AMS portal

         ·         Support the preparation of quarterly clergy reports

         ·         Record and report attendance at all Catholic Community events

You will be a confident and organised Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator who brings calm, care, and reliability to everything you do.

You will have:

         ·         Strong written and spoken communication skills

         ·         Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

         ·         Excellent organisation and attention to detail

         ·         A professional, respectful, and courteous approach

         ·         The ability to gain Catechist certification within 90 days
