The Role
We’re hiring a Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator to support the Catholic faith community at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. In this part-time, contractor role, you’ll work alongside the Catholic Chaplain and Priest to help keep services, events, and faith programs running smoothly. From preparing for Mass to organizing calendars and records, your behind-the-scenes work will help create a welcoming and well-organized place for military families to worship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials and elements for Mass services
  • Keep track of Catholic Community registration and sacramental records
  • Create weekly bulletins and monthly event calendars
  • Help plan and promote community events and Holy Day services
  • Attend planning meetings to stay in sync with parish needs
  • Record attendance at events and support quarterly reports

The Person

  • Comfortable with Catholic liturgy and familiar with parish life
  • Able to get Catechist Certification through the Archdiocese for the Military Services within 90 days
  • Clear, confident communicator (spoken and written)
  • Tech-savvy and organized — you’ll need to use Microsoft Office regularly
  • Independent and reliable — you’ll often manage your own time and tasks
  • Must pass a Tier 1 background check (includes working with children)
