We’re looking for a Desktop Support / IT Infrastructure Engineer who wants more than just fixing tickets — someone who’s ready to take ownership, grow their technical toolkit, and be recognised for keeping teams connected and productive.

The role

  • Deploy and manage modern tech – gain hands-on experience with tools like Intune, Autopilot and SCCM, building skills that boost your career
  • Own IT issues end-to-end – show your initiative and grow your problem-solving ability in a fast-paced setting
  • Work across platforms – expand your knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile environments
  • Be part of global rollouts – collaborate with international teams and see how your local work fits into a bigger picture

About our company

We’re a people-first tech team that believes good support makes great things possible. You’ll join a collaborative environment where initiative is noticed and teamwork is key.

The Benefits

  • Monday to Friday, in-office role with standard hours
  • Exposure to enterprise-level tools and infrastructure
  • A team that values reliability, clear communication and continuous improvement

The person

You’ll bring:

  • 3+ years in IT support or infrastructure roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Intune, SCCM, AD
  • Confidence supporting AV tools and executive users
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • A relevant degree and local work eligibility
