The Role

What You’ll Do (and Gain)

  • Build your troubleshooting skills by supporting global users on Windows platforms
  • Grow your software knowledge by installing and fixing Microsoft Office, Cisco Jabber, and more
  • Get comfortable across systems with basic support for Mac OS and Apple devices

  • Understand network basics using diagnostic tools to solve connectivity problems

The Person

  • 2+ years of desktop or end-user support (L1)
  • Fluent in English and the local language
  • Diploma or degree in IT or similar field
  • Familiar with Intune, Autopilot, and conferencing tools
  • Calm under pressure, detail-focused, and eager to learn
  • Must have valid work rights for Germany (no visa sponsorship available)
