Senior Full-stack Software Engineer - Competitive Salary - Plano, TX (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer that is very experienced with all aspects of our chosen technology stack. You must be able to personally contribute and guide others in working with ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL, JavaScript, CSS and HTML. You will also be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to completion, performing testing for other engineers and designing and planning for future features with product management.

Accountabilities

• Architect and implement server-side functionality in C#/ASP.NET MVC
• Optimize data access using ORM and raw SQL, supporting performance and scaling enhancement opportunities
• Design and implement front-end user interactions using relevant technologies (e.g. Bootstrap and jQuery), supporting evolving and future UI / UX capabilities
• Ensure that new functionality meets internal standards for performance, quality, scalability and user experience, and hold the team accountable to these standards
• Mentor existing technology team where appropriate

Requirements

• Willingness to work in a pragmatic way (sometimes a B+ solution for 20 hours is better than an A+ solution that would take 100 hours)
• Demonstrable expertise with ASP.NET MVC and C#
• Demonstrable expertise with SQL
• Demonstrable expertise with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. May consider experience in lieu of education.
