Key Responsibilities

• Keep the repair schedule running efficiently—spot delays, resolve issues, and plan ahead
• Lead, guide, and support technicians to consistently hit quality and turnaround targets
• Communicate clearly with customers and front-of-house to keep everyone in sync
• Personally sign off on repair quality—your high standards set the tone
• Create and maintain a safe, well-run workshop where your team can do their best work

• You hold a full UK Driving Licence
