What You Bring

  • 10+ years of retail jewelry experience, including 7-8 years in a leadership role
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Confident leading a team and making on-the-spot decisions
  • Great with people—both staff and customers
  • Tech-savvy with POS systems and Microsoft tools
  • Strong understanding of retail compliance and jewelry trends
  • If you bring deeper leadership experience, you’ll be considered for the Sales Manager role.
