What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage customized travel bookings across flights, hotels, and car rentals using GDS
  • Handle cancellations, rebookings, and disruptions with confidence and calm
  • Deliver high-level concierge service via phone, email, and chat
  • Educate members on how to maximize their exclusive travel benefits
  • Represent Aspire with professionalism in time-sensitive, high-pressure situations

What You Must Bring

  • Fluent French & English (spoken and written – assessed)
  • Valid TICO certification (mandatory)
  • GDS expertise (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or similar)
  • 2+ years’ experience in travel, airline, or hospitality
  • 1+ year in customer service or a call-center environment
  • Flexible availability for 24/7 shift coverage (evenings, weekends, holidays)
