• Skilled at building relationships and speaking confidently with clients.
• Comfortable reviewing performance data to guide decisions.
• Organised, efficient and good at managing your time.
• Able to adapt your style to match different brand personalities.
• Positive, proactive and comfortable making difficult decisions when needed.
• Experienced working towards KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence.
• (Desirable) Five years’ Account or Sales Management experience.
• (Desirable) Knowledge of ecommerce or fulfilment.
