Pharmacy Manager – Surrey, BC

The Role

We are a supportive, forward-thinking pharmacy group looking for a confident and committed Pharmacy Manager to lead one of our BC-based locations.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, ensuring outstanding patient care, compliance with regulations, and a positive team environment. You will have the chance to shape clinical services, drive growth, and make a real impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with all federal, provincial, and College of Pharmacists of BC regulations
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times
  • Deliver timely and compassionate resolutions to patient concerns
  • Lead and support the pharmacy team through coaching and regular feedback
  • Promote health and wellness through patient education and clinical services
  • Manage budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and meet financial targets
  • Drive community engagement through local marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
  • Streamline workflows and maintain high standards of service delivery
  • Represent the pharmacy at community events and industry functions

The Person

  • Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
  • Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience (management experience is an advantage)
  • Injection certification and OAT training preferred
  • Excellent communicator with strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Independent, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg when needed
