The Role

We are looking for a proactive and astute Multi-Family Sales Executive to drive new business from start to finish. You will be instrumental in increasing our market share by providing expert solutions to property owners and management companies.

Your key goal is to move beyond transactions and become a respected, long-term industry partner. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to fully manage and grow your own sales territory, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.

You will travel daily within your assigned area, making genuine connections where it counts. Upon closing a sale, you would then turn over the job to your highly skilled operations team. (we mean really skilled.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Smooth Projects: Working hand-in-glove with our Operations team to guarantee successful project execution for clients.
  • Tracking Wins: Maintaining an active follow-up routine and providing weekly updates on your leads, quotes, and upcoming opportunities.
