You will use your existing industry experience to offer sound advice, handle quotes and policy adjustments and make sure every customer interaction feels effortless. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional insurance advice and quotes for new and existing customers.
• Manage policy administration including new business, renewals, and adjustments.
• Deliver a friendly, efficient, and compliant service at all times.
• Support the wider team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Suggest improvements to systems and processes to enhance performance.
• Stay up to date with product and industry knowledge through ongoing learning.

The Person

• Minimum 1yrs Insurance experience in a sales environment.
• Insurance product knowledge and industry experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude.
• A genuine focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
• IT literacy and accuracy when managing information.
