Sales Trainee $1,250/wk + benefits

We can’t offer you an easy, laid back job, those pay $10-14/hr. Our reps make $22-42/hr. Schedule: We have full time and part time shifts available. 4 day and 5 day per week shift options. None of our shifts require weekend work

Do I need experience: All of our positions have paid training and don’t require any experience.

Is this purely commission: No, this is a hourly rate plus commission and benefits. Base pay is determined by experience and can range $18-22/hr.

Is the job secure: Job security is based on three things. First the company has to be secure. We are debt free and have been in business for 45 years. Second is the economy. Our services do not get affected by the economy like car sales, insurance sales, etc. Our products are need products, not luxury purchases. Thirdly is whether or not you are effective at the job. If you can memorize a script and listen to training, it’s not rocket science. We have no shortage of customers to talk to.

What’s the environment like: Energetic, fun, fast paced, and competitive.

Can I work from home: This is not a work from home position.

Are there benefits: Yes there is a benefit program including health care coverage.

Call Center Sales Representative $65,000 +

Sound too good to be true? Come in for an interview and meet some of our employees making even more than that. This is an outbound call center with some selling involved. Customer service doesn’t pay good because anyone can do it. But if you are assertive, competitive, and can handle rejection, you can make a lot of money here.

What am I selling?: We call various lists to sell free estimates on home improvement projects.

Is it hard?: Yes and no. Anyone who can communicate can do it. There are two challenges.  First, it is a skill that takes a month to master, so where some people struggle is not giving themselves the patience to learn it. Secondly, you will get a lot of rejection. It’s very much like baseball, you don’t have to hit every pitch, just convince a couple of people a day out of the 30-50 you talk to schedule an appointment. The best part is, they don’t even have to buy to earn a bonus.

What’s the schedule?: We have a few different shifts available. None of the shifts are on the weekend. We have full time and part time available as well. Schedules can be discussed in the interview

Are there benefits?: There is a benefit package including health care

Is this straight commission?: This is a base pay plus commission position.
