Join our supportive team providing Day Services and Housing Support across the Dunfermline, Cowdenbeath, and Lochgelly areas. You'll work on a 4-week rolling rota (which is supplied in advance) to support people to live as independently as possible, participate in their local community, and grow their skills and confidence every day. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and listening skills, who takes pride in helping others thrive. From personal care to community involvement, you’ll play a key part in each person’s journey. A full UK driving licence is essential. About us: At Scottish Autism we acknowledge the specialist support our staff provide to autistic people, therefore those carrying out support work are known as Autism Practitioners. We are committed to supporting over 60 autistic adults across Fife, providing personalised care across a variety of settings. Our services range in their level of complexity and have varying staffing ratios including 1:1 and 2:1 support. We’re looking for dedicated and confident professionals with experience in support roles. We are seeking passionate, experienced and enthusiastic practitioners to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we support. Key responsibilities:
As part of your role, you will be required to undertake shift work, including weekends and evenings, so flexibility towards working hours is key. There are physical elements to this role.
