The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site visits to collect data and validate analysis.
  • Perform energy savings calculations and building energy modelling.
  • Enhance energy calculation templates for improved efficiency.
  • Develop project strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Assist in evaluating technical solutions for energy efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Support the sales team with technical insights.
  • Prepare designs for energy efficiency and facility improvement measures.
  • Assist in estimating utility rebates and preparing project scopes.

The Person

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Five years’ experience in Energy Engineering (preferred).
  • Proficiency in building energy codes and modelling tools (IESVE knowledge is a must).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A willingness to learn new methods and industry standards.
