We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee projects ranging from interior fit-outs to new builds. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met — all while keeping health & safety front and center.

  • Site Operations & Supervision
  • Client Liaison [in live/operating environments]
  • Resource & Crew Management
  • Schedule Adherence & Optimization
  • Quality & Specifications Compliance
  • Health & Safety Management

 

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate schedules and site activities in live retail/corporate/airport environments.
  • Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, Project Coordinators and clients.
  • Conduct H&S risk analysis, inspections, and enforcement.
  • Keep accurate attendance and project site records.
  • Review and interpret blueprints to ensure design, safety, and budget compliance.
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency.
  • Provide weekly reporting to the project team.

 

What You Bring

  • 7+ years’ experience supervising retail, corporate, or airport construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
  • Certifications: Basics of Supervision, CPR/First Aid, Working at Heights.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on technical experience e.g., carpentry, drywall, framing, site layout.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams].
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems under pressure, and adapt quickly.
  • Flexibility to work nights or travel out of town as projects require.
  • Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is an asset.
