We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ICI projects — from retail fit-outs to new builds, corporate offices to airport construction. This is a key role where you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to turnover, ensuring financials, schedules, quality, and client experience are delivered at the highest standard.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Lead client communication and provide clear progress updates.
  • Build and manage budgets, schedules, and quality control plans.
  • Partner with Site Supervisors and Project Coordinators to align schedules and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor compliance with building codes and safety standards.
  • Anticipate risks and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceeding client expectations.

 

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of construction project management [specifically for retail, corporate, or airport related projects].
  • Proven experience managing live environments [retail/grocery/airport].
  • Strong leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project + MS Office [Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook].
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Health & Safety or Project Management certifications are an asset.
