We’re growing our team at The Bradford Exchange and seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Preferred Client Division. If you’re motivated, goal-driven, and ready to start a new chapter in your sales career, we’d love to meet you. Our next training class begins October 6, 2025.

You’ll be responsible for contacting key clients through outbound calls. Your goal will be to offer exclusive collectible coins, mint collections, and rare coin sets that match their unique interests. You’ll help each client discover the next exciting piece for their collection while building loyalty and trust. This is a remote role for candidates located in Ontario, with a hybrid in office for those living in the London area.

The Person

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in business-to-consumer
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team player with excellent time management
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must have high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
