We are looking for an experienced Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team for 4 days a week at our North West office. In this varied and rewarding position, you will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO, directors, and leadership team, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior-level administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials.
  • Organise and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and policy compliance.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor liaison.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and building management.
  • Maintain personnel files, training records, and company documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks across the business.

The Person

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experienced in booking and managing complex travel arrangements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • Confident in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Desirable: experience working in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with office purchasing processes.
