With a portfolio that includes complex projects across Canada, we’re proud of our collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking an Experienced Project Coordinator to join our Western Division and help drive project success from start to finish.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to support all phases of construction projects—from pre-construction planning and procurement to project close-out. You’ll be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating between stakeholders, and ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project designs, shop drawings, and specifications for compliance with standards and contract requirements.
  • Assist in change management processes, including identifying events, issuing change notices, and tracking changes through Procore.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and trades, including organizing and documenting meetings.
  • Support procurement processes for permits, inspections, and approvals.
  • Conduct site visits and attend client/trade meetings to monitor progress.
  • Maintain QA/QC records and prepare close-out documentation, O&M manuals, and final records.
  • Support tendering and estimating by reviewing bid documents, distributing drawings, and completing material take-offs.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or C.E.T. designation.
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Project Coordinator with a General Contractor in the ICI sector.
  • Proven track record managing projects valued up to $10M+.
  • Strong knowledge of building drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (Procore experience an asset).
  • Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license required.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on high-profile ICI projects across Western Canada.
  • Be part of a collaborative, experienced team with strong industry relationships.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
