Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on employment law issues including contracts, disputes, and compliance
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
• Conduct legal research to keep up to date with legislation and case law
• Liaise with clients to understand their circumstances and objectives
• Support the delivery of client training on employment law topics
• Maintain accurate case files and client records
