What You'll Do

As a key player in our team, you’ll spearhead the design, delivery, and optimization of 12kV power distribution systems for clients across diverse industries. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives on technical challenges, team collaboration, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Design & Innovate: Create and enhance 12kV power distribution systems.
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage on-site installation teams and conduct site surveys.
  • Analyse & Solve: Perform system analysis, troubleshoot faults, and provide technical recommendations.
  • Ensure Excellence: Oversee substation design, coordinate maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicate & Deliver: Produce clear reports and collaborate with clients and teams to exceed expectations.

Who We're Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered Engineer status is a plus)
  • Proven expertise in power distribution and substation systems
  • Strong knowledge of earthing design and power system studies
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Inventor and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement
  • Flexibility to travel for site visits and client meetings
