We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Department Manager to oversee our Service Department, Quality Assurance/Control and Closeout/Collections operations.

You will be responsible for managing key operational departments that ensure Montell Construction delivers top-notch service, adheres to all standards and codes, and maintains excellent customer relationships through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Department Duties

• Manage scheduling and completion of warranty/service work
• Identify service claims and determine responsibility
• Coordinate materials with suppliers and manufacturer reps

Quality Assurance/Control Duties

• Maintain thorough knowledge of materials, codes, and installation practices
• Perform on-site inspections during and after project completion
• Address compliance issues directly with field staff

Closeout/Collections Duties

• Monitor job progress and schedule final walk-throughs
• Conduct final inspections with clients and address any remaining issues
• Document and assign punch list items to appropriate crews
• Collect final payments and signatures.
