Provisioning Coordinator – Customer Engagement Focus-£28,000-£32,000– Camberley, GU17

We are looking for a Provisioning Coordinator who enjoys working with people and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients. While you do not need deep technical knowledge, an understanding of the telecoms sector will be helpful.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the provisioning process. 

  • Coordinate the delivery of IT and telecoms services including broadband, telephony, and Microsoft cloud solutions. 

  • Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. 

  • Provide regular updates to customers and manage expectations throughout the provisioning lifecycle. 

  • Maintain accurate records of provisioning activities using internal systems. 
    Identify and escalate any issues that may impact service delivery timelines. 

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer provisioning experience.

The Person 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. 

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 

  • Experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally within the telecoms or technology sector. 

  • Familiarity with CRM and provisioning systems is beneficial but not essential. 

  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is advantageous.
