The Position

As Senior Media Sales Executive you will work directly w the Executive Producers to identify and drive new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

Compensation:    $85,000 -  $170,000 / varies based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Market Development

  • Identify and develop contact with qualified brands and agencies for F Street Properties.
  • Develop consultive relationships resulting in identification of client and agency needs, building long term relationships.

Market Research

  • Analyze market research and market trends to identify strategic brands and agencies that are a fit for F Street offerings.
  • Enable potential clients to understand the unique value of F Street offerings through audience viewership data analysis.

Proposal Development

  • Drive and collaborate with the Executive Producers to create tailored breakthrough proposals.
  • Take ownership of the proposal lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timely submissions and alignment with strategic messaging.

The Person

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in national media business development at both the agency and client level. Current national digital media experience is a plus.
  • Extensive current experience as digital media consumer.
  • Ability to analyze deal economics and develop structured, data-backed business cases.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage external partnerships effectively.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail – You’re someone who sees the little things that others don’t see.
  • A proven ability to work autonomously and multitask effectively.
  • Experience with CRM platforms. 
  • Microsoft Suite proficient.
  • Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable working remotely and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
