The Role

Q Assure Build Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality structural warranties for new build, refurbishment and conversion projects. We pride ourselves on supporting developers and builders to deliver homes built to the highest standards.

We are seeking a Technical Administrator / Document Controller to join our busy Operations Team. You will play a key role in managing project documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication with clients and colleagues. This is a full-time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, documentation flow, technical support and managing accounts.
  • Manage the flow of technical, financial and contractual information across projects, preparing and issuing project completion documentation to developers, builders and brokers, and underwriters as required.
  • Manage the unit completion process check, liaising with technical, underwriting, accounts and sales teams to ensure final sign off can be issued.
  • Maintain up-to-date project trackers, systems and electronic files, managing communications from clients and ensuring timely responses provided.
  • Conduct due diligence checks on developers and builders, and prepare and collate key contractual documentation.
  • Liaising with underwriters and administrators to obtain & prepare final sign off for insurance documentation.
  • Ensuring all activities recorded in compliance with FCA Regulations, maintaining accurate and well-organised filing systems to ensure full audit trail maintained.

The Person

  • Experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent attention to detail, and confident in handling large volumes of data and document control in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb problem-solver, with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator with outstanding written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Calm under pressure, able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Discreet, professional, and able to exercise sound judgement.
  • Previous experience within construction or insurance industries would be an advantage.
