Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients and guide them through the probate process
  • Draft and file legal documents
  • Make regular court appearances
  • Maintain communication with clients—calls returned within 24 hours during the workweek
  • Manage a full caseload independently
  • Travel for court hearings as needed

The Person

  • Licensed to practice in Ohio
  • At least 3 years of experience in estate administration
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with change and thrives under pressure
