About the role:
In this role, you will repair and maintain multifunctional printers and copiers, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment reliability. The Digital Print Field Service Technician key responsibilities are:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service while on-site at client locations.
- Maintain accurate records of service and inventory.
- Monitor parts and supply inventory and ensure readiness for repairs.
- Comfortable troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional equipment, with basic familiarity in network setup being a plus.
- Willingness to learn newest technologies for printer and document management
