We’re looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a vital part in managing client relationships and ensuring our aviation software solutions are used to their fullest potential.

Working remotely, you'll engage with our clients, conduct training sessions, support software implementation, and contribute to our company’s continued success. Travel within the UK and internationally will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned client accounts and nurture strong, long-term relationships
  • Address client support needs, particularly in financial transactions and Aerotrac usage
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities
  • Deliver training sessions, both online and on-site
  • Support new software installations and visit client sites as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
  • Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales

The Person

  • Experience in the aviation industry, ideally within an MRO environment
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working remotely and within a team
  • Willing to travel in the UK and internationally
  • Experience with aviation PCS/ERP software is desirable
