Key Responsibilities:

As an Architectural Assistant, your role will involve a variety of tasks that will help keep the business running smoothly:

• Communicating with customers via email and phone
• Managing diaries for team members
• Proof-checking CAD drawings for accuracy
• Submitting and managing planning applications
• Handling building control applications
• Organising files and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

The Company

We are an architectural services business based in London. We specialise in loft conversion and extension drawings for residential properties in London and surrounding areas.

The Person

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the architectural industry
• The ability to read and understand CAD drawings
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• A professional phone manner
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive
• A reliable PC and Wi-Fi access
