We are hiring an Associate Doctor of Chiropractic to join our vibrant, wellness-focused practice.

You will care for patients of all ages, with a special focus on prenatal, pediatric and family care. Using a neurologically-centered approach, you will help our community achieve long-term health and vitality through personalized care plans.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday – with a half-day Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations including patient history, exams, and diagnostic imaging as needed.
  • Deliver effective, personalized chiropractic adjustments using a variety of techniques (Diversified, Thompson, Activator, Webster, etc.) 
  • Educate patients on chiropractic care, healthy lifestyle habits, and long-term wellness goals. 
  • Track progress through periodic re-evaluations and care plan check-ins.
  • Participate in team trainings, patient workshops, and community events. 
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation using our EHR system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.

The Person

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in Connecticut.
  • Strong foundation in neurologically-informed, wellness-based chiropractic care. 
  • Excellent communication, rapport-building, and clinical reasoning skills. 
  • Interest or experience in prenatal, pediatric, or family care is a plus.
  • Coachable and team-oriented, with a desire for continuous learning and growth.
