The Role

Are you an organised logistics professional who thrives under pressure? Do you have experience managing transport operations across the UK and EU with a focus on high-quality customer service? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Transport Manager who can lead our logistics operations with structure, efficiency and a reassuring presence.

You will take charge of Sunlighten's transport and logistics network in the UK and EU. From overseeing daily white glove deliveries to optimising routes and ensuring compliance, you’ll help deliver a premium service that reflects the quality of our products.

This is a hybrid role based in Central London with flexibility to work remotely and some travel to depots and delivery locations.

If you're ready to lead transport operations for a brand that puts quality and customer experience first, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee UK white glove delivery operations.
  • Launch and refine white glove logistics across the EU.
  • Ensure full compliance with UK and EU transport regulations.
  • Accurately manage customs and regulatory documentation.
  • Plan and optimise delivery and collection routes.
  • Coordinate schedules with warehouses and delivery partners.
  • Monitor transport budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports.
  • Act as point of contact for delivery queries and escalations.
  • Ensure timely fulfilment of online orders.
  • Manage courier relationships and address service issues.

The Company

Sunlighten® is the global leader of personalised infrared light therapy. We're committed to energising and empowering customers through our patented infrared technology that can help improve your quality of life. And we're building a global community of businesses, consumers, and trusted experts to support you every step of the way.

The Person

  • Demonstrated experience in transport or logistics management (fleet or white glove preferred).
  • Familiarity with UK and EU transport regulations and compliance processes.
  • Strong proficiency in logistics and route planning software.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally involving issue resolution.
  • Exceptionally organised and dependable, with a strong sense of structure.
  • Calm under pressure; able to handle customer issues with empathy and composure.
  • Clear, consistent communicator across internal and external teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant transport/logistics systems.
