Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems, including rooftop units, split systems, refrigeration, chillers, and small boilers.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction and understanding throughout service calls.
• Complete work orders and check sheets using mobile devices.
• Keep tools and service vehicle well-organized and in optimal condition.
