The Role

We’re hiring a Protestant Youth Director to run youth programs for middle and high school students. You’ll plan weekly sessions, retreats, and mission events, working with volunteers to support spiritual development across the Kaiserslautern Military Community.

This is a part-time, 1099 contract.

Position contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly youth activities and monthly outings
• Organize retreats and service projects
• Recruit and train youth leaders and volunteers
• Manage youth event budgets and communications
• Track attendance and maintain records
• Attend chapel and planning meetings

The Person

• 2+ years of Protestant youth leadership
• Strong knowledge of Protestant teaching
• Skilled in planning, outreach, and team building
• Microsoft Office proficiency
