Windermere Summit Snohomish is seeking a high-performing Branch Manager - Real Estate to lead and grow a dynamic team of real estate agents. You'll oversee the development of new agents through structured coaching, virtual management, and a focus on results. With the systems already in place, your role is to drive performance, foster a strong culture, and support each agent’s journey to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coach new agents to productivity within 18 months
• Deliver regular accountability sessions (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Encourage collaboration, performance, and a strong team culture remotely
• Host in-person training and workshops across the greater Snohomish County area
• Use internal tools and processes to monitor progress and track KPIs
• Travel locally up to 3 times a week
• Contribute to recruitment and onboarding of new agents
• Support the transition of agents into permanent Windermere offices

The Person

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A licensed Managing Broker (required)
• Based in Snohomish County with local area knowledge
• Experienced in training and coaching real estate agents
• Skilled in delivering clear, motivating communication
• Confident in technology and virtual systems
• Organized, proactive, and motivated to achieve results
• Comfortable presenting and hosting live events
