The Role

We’re hiring Site Supervisors to oversee complex IT cabling and infrastructure projects in Zaragoza. You’ll be responsible for driving delivery on the ground, keeping teams on track, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

In this role, you will coordinate all aspects of project delivery on-site – from planning and execution through to close-out. You'll act as the key point of contact between the client, on-site team, and senior management, maintaining control over quality, timelines, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines
• Lead site meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
• Monitor progress, resolve delays, and adjust resources as needed

Team Supervision

• Allocate tasks and provide on-site guidance to teams
• Promote a supportive, productive work environment
• Oversee resource deployment and weekly forecasting

Stakeholder Liaison

• Act as the lead on-site contact for clients and project managers
• Submit regular progress reports and RFIs as needed
• Address issues proactively with internal and external stakeholders

Risk & Safety Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety protocols
• Coordinate with the Health & Safety team and escalate concerns when needed

Quality Assurance

• Enforce project standards and client specifications
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement control procedures

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in live data hall environments and fibre optic cabling
• Understands cut sheets and technical plans
• Can manage multiple workstreams under pressure
• Has excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Holds (or is willing to undertake) 60h Preventative Training

Required:

20-hour Electrical Safety Course (Formación Convenio 20h Oficio Eléctrico)
