Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Introduce our services confidently and gauge client interest.
  • Build rapport, overcome objections, and qualify leads.
  • Book appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Keep detailed and accurate call records.

The Person

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong academic background, ideally with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • At least one year’s experience in outbound cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable handling objections.
