Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations pertinent to civil litigation matters for the law firm based in Coral Gables, FL, US.
• Summarize and evaluate legal documents to support attorneys in preparing cases effectively.
• Create, revise, and review legal paperwork, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, for the firm's probate litigation cases.
• Manage and organize case files meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all documents.
• Coordinate the production of documents, including the preparation of exhibits and materials for depositions, in collaboration with the legal team.
