The Role

Capricorn Financial, the largest independent mortgage brokerage in London, is expanding our team in Singapore. We specialise in assisting both UK and non-UK residents to obtain mortgage financing for their UK property purchases.

As a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser, you’ll be dealing with a range of HNW and UHNW clients, helping them navigate the mortgage process. This is a commission-only sales role, providing you with unlimited earning potential and an exciting opportunity to build a successful career.

Key Responsibilities
As a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser, you will:

• Advise clients across the Asia Pacific region on securing financing for their UK property purchases.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Handle quality leads provided by FTSE100 introducers.
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from initial enquiry to completion.
• Participate in intensive training to develop your skills and progress in your role.
• Work alongside industry experts to maximise business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

What We Look For:

• Knowledge of the UK property market or UK financial services experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confident, resourceful, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Commission-only contract with uncapped earnings.

• First-year earnings: SGD 80,000 - SGD 100,000.
• From year two onwards: SGD 200,000+ achievable.
