Trainee Mortgage Adviser – Self Employed - Hong Kong, Office-based

Capricorn Financial, the largest independent mortgage brokerage in London, is expanding our team in Hong Kong. We specialise in assisting both UK and non-UK residents to obtain mortgage financing for their UK property purchases. As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you’ll work with a wide range of HNW and UHNW clients, guiding them through the mortgage process and offering expert advice. This is a commission-only sales role with unlimited earning potential, providing a fantastic opportunity to build a successful business.

Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will:

• Advise clients from across the Asia Pacific region on securing financing for their UK property purchases.
• Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Handle quality leads provided by FTSE100 introducers.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Take part in intensive training and development to progress in the role.
• Work closely with industry experts to maximise opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.

What We Look For:

• Knowledge of the UK property market or UK financial services experience.
• Cantonese and English-speaking skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confident, resourceful, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Commission-only contract with uncapped earnings.

• First-year earnings: HKD 570,000 - HKD 950,000.
• From year two onwards: HKD 1,200,000+ achievable.
