Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, ensuring their individual needs are met
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times
  • Work as part of a team to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment

The Person

We welcome applications from both experienced professionals and those new to the early years sector. To be considered, you must have one of the following:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree assessed by ECCTIS

You should also have:

  • A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A genuine commitment to supporting children’s learning and well-being
