The Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably. Shifts are available from 07:00-16:00, 16:00-22:00. We ask for flexibility with weekend work, but our schedules are designed to fit around you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with shopping, personal care, and medication management.
  • Provide support with daily living tasks, including household chores and appointments.
  • Offer companionship and build trusted relationships with clients.
  • Travel to clients within your designated area, ensuring prompt and reliable service.

The Person

  • Previous experience in care is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
  • Kind, empathetic, and patient, with a strong desire to help others.
  • Reliable and organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Available for a mixture of shifts, including every other weekend, if possible.
  • Able to travel within designated areas.
