Website Content Executive – £20,000 - £25,000 – Poynton, Cheshire (Remote)

The Role

Are you skilled in creating engaging website content? Do you have experience managing digital assets for a diverse range of products? If so, The Prestbury Travel Group is seeking a Website Content Executive.

In this role, you will support the Product Teams in ensuring all new products—including hotels, cruises, villas, and destinations—are uploaded to our website, while keeping the content current and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Product Department to source content for new offerings.
• Write and upload engaging copy for destinations and hotels.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely product updates.
• Update existing website content and images.
• Add new destinations to the website.
• Maintain the online image library.
• Download and organise high-resolution images and videos from various sources.
• Ensure images are well-organised and clearly labelled.
• Regularly update image selection spreadsheets.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to address any issues.
• Liaise with hoteliers for imagery approvals and clarifications.
• Edit and resize images for website use.
• Update the back office website system with all images.

The Person

We are looking for someone who is:

• Proficient in English with excellent written communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with Dropbox and confident in using websites.
• Knowledgeable in Windows applications, including Excel.
• An effective communicator with a keen interest in travel.
